Client Point of Cares i-STAT Analyzer is a handheld system that is used with single-use i-STAT test cartridges. Patient bedside testing with the i-STAT System is as easy as inserting two or three drops of blood into the cartridge, inserting the cartridge into the handheld analyzer, and viewing test results in as little as two minutes for most cartridges. Test results are uploaded automaticallydelivered wirelessly with the i-STAT Wireless or directly when the i-STAT handheld is placed in a downloader. The i-STAT System eliminates process steps and handoffs to help reduce the incidence of errors and promote patient safety. For more information about Client Point of Care and the i-STAT System, please visit Position Summary The Associate Product Manager is responsible for: Implementing the marketing strategy for the non-product solutions offered by APOC (including Advanced Data Insights, i-STAT Advantage, SURE Solutions, and i-STAT Assist) Leading the planning and execution of marketing operations and marketing communications activities across the US Hospital business The Associate Product Manager will report to the Marketing Manager, US Hospital Marketing. The position will be based in Princeton, NJ; up to 10% domestic travel may be required. Main Responsibilities Manage all US HCP contracting needs (e.g. MSA, SOWs) through ContractHub, including contracts needed for speaking events, consulting engagements, and company meetings Develop and maintain infrastructure to support US speakers bureau and KOL programs; manages all interactions with contracted third party (L&M), ensuring adherence to all OEC requirements Lead marketing efforts for meetings & conventions, including all USH trade shows and conferences Develop and maintain all marketing collateral (e.g. customer-facing presentations, brochures, case studies, sales training) to support non-product solutions Prepare all commercial communications, including communications to internal stakeholders and external customers Support marketing communications and HCP speaker bureau contracts for the US Outpatient business, as needed Ensure Client branding is utilized consistently and appropriately in interactions with customers across multiple channels Evaluate market segmentation and account targeting strategies for non-product solutions Identify product/service changes to meet customer needs Manage approval and renewal of all print and digital collateral following existing A&P processes Liaise with appropriate team members and internal groups, including Global Strategic Marketing, Meetings & Conventions, and Digital marketing, to ensure that projects are kept on schedule and that project statuses are updated and communicated to project team members on a regular basis Observe all regulatory and compliance requirements Effectively manage project expenses within established budgets Key Behaviors Exhibit a customer-centric approach, putting customer needs first in all decisions Willingness to challenge the status quo and act as a change agent Simplify and explain complex concepts to different audiences Proactively seek solutions to business challenges Think strategically when making choices Exhibit a bias for action to get solutions to the market quickly Collaborate well with internal stakeholders from across the organization Unquestionable ethics and integrity ccountability Performance will be measured against annual marketing plans, including specific financial objectives All work must be completed in accordance with Client quality, ethics, and compliance guidelines All work must be managed within established budget guidelines Job Requirements Minimum of 4 years of work experience Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related clinical/technical discipline. Ability to work in the Princeton, NJ office; Relocation is not authorized for this position Preferred Experience 4+ years in the healthcare industry (medical devices and/or diagnostics preferred) 2-3 years in marketing, sales, or account management roles U.S. Health Systems and Hospital experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint knowledge Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resourcefulness Project management experience
