NEXA |EAM is searching for:A full-time, Reliability Engineer I to support our clients with activities related to the set up or optimization of their Reliability programs in Elkton, VA. This role is expected to be on-site. You will work on one of our new, leading Life-Science clients and will report directly to a NEXA | EAM Project Manager. About the job: • Assisting clients with developing best practice Planning and Scheduling. • Developing best practices for MRO Management. • Creating Maintenance Procedures and PMs. • Performing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA). • Performing Criticality Analysis. • Performing audits of the current Reliability Program. • Asset Criticality and Risk Assessments. • Assist with other projects, as required.We are looking for people with: • Associates, bachelor''s degree, Military, or trade certification in a related Engineering field. • Knowledge and understanding of Reliability Maintenance concepts. • Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel. • Strong understanding of software platforms. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Flexibility to relocate within the U.S. if needed for project assignments.
