Lead QA Engineer

Job DescriptionIn the role of a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for QA outcomes including quality, schedule adherence for a wide portfolio of projects. You will need to own requirement analysis, build and review test strategy & design and lead test execution for projects and scrum teams. You will also be required to define Test Data and Test environment management approach for systems under test.NOTE: Open to remote work within the US.QualificationsYou must have API Testing and SOA Testing who can own testing outcomes for SOA / Middleware / API Tiers in an enterprise.BasicBachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution with specific training in Object Oriented Programming and Databases.At least 10 years of experience with IT.Should have Strong leadership skills and proven experience acting as a Test lead for API/SOA Testing teams.Candidates must have applied their knowledge of testing processes to own outcomes and demonstrate knowledge of varied test and implementation lifecycles. Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodologyAt least 4 years of experience building test strategy and test DesignAt least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.Candidates should have experience in implementing test automation frameworks including with building tool feasibility reports and selecting optimal test solutions.Create and own test reporting and governance for large program scope.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.Proven experience with global delivery models including handling onsite calls and coordination for large offshore teams.Implement specific activities of the Defect Prevention PlanExpertise in test estimations and proposal evaluation.Mandatory Technical SkillMinimum 4+ years'' experience in SOA / API testing with Java.Minimum 2 years Hands-on experience with Java and RestAssured.At least 2 years'' experience leading testing teams for API testing, SOA Testing.At least 2 years experience in leading automation teams with proven experience in building automation frameworks.At least 1 year experience with Selenium, Cucumber, AWS, JMeter.Nice To HaveExperience with ReadyAPI.Service virtualization.Mobile Testing
