Job Title: Mobility Workspace ONE Engineer Location of role: Skokie , IL 60076 - Currently remote - Need to live in the Chicago land area possibly Milwaukee or Northern Indiana area and be able to get to Skokie, IL area ( off highway)- This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible. Hours will be scheduled during regular business hours Monday-Friday, with staff currently working from home except when setting up devices in the office or during device delivery/support. Must be willling to drive once in awhile around the Chicagoland area to drop off equipment at the offices. Will be reimbursed for driving. Need to be vaccinated. Collaborator who can help grow the team Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business personnel. Ability to work independently as well as with team members. Currently seeking an AirWatch/Workspace ONE MDM Administrator / Mobility Solutions Engineer. This position is on our mobility team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our on premise Workspace ONE infrastructure including daily support, upgrades, fixes, implementation of new devices and solutions in the system. This individual will also be responsible for reviewing new requests to assess existing technology and alignment as well as implementing approved solutions. Responsibilities: In this role, you should have: Extensive knowledge of Workspace ONE Ability to support and manage on premise Workspace ONE load balanced infrastructure. Experience troubleshooting Workspace ONE routing issues with on premise servers, cloud Device service and Exchange CAS servers Background in creating profiles, smart groups and compliance policies, as well as pushing out applications and profiles, Comfortable working with end users on device requirements, converting those into WS1 policies Good at documenting all changes to the systems including GUI profile changes, plus training deployment teams on setup and support of devices. Level 3 support role working with end users or field technicians on troubleshooting devices. Knowledge of wireless communication and protocols Familiarity with certificates used on Wi-Fi for mobile devices and servers, plus implementation of certs on devices. Ability to take different solutions brought to the team by leadership, and evaluate them against organizational direction. Knowledge of Workspace ONE Secure email gateway, cloud connector (ACC) and Tunnel (relay and endpoint). Experience with Workspace ONE secure Content Locker and per-app VPN. Ability to troubleshooting Workspace ONE HUB, Web, Boxer, and secure Content Locker issues on iOS and Android devices. Familiarity with Apple VPP and DEP, plus Samsung KNOX DEP programs a plus. Willingness to deliver devices to end users across the health system.
