(ILC)Position Responsibilities:An Independent Living Coach (ILC) provides one to one services and supports to individuals with disabilities served by The League for People with Disabilities in day programs.Job duties include:Provide individualized assistance and coaching with communication skillsAssist with meal preparationCreate and assist with leisure activitiesTransport to volunteer activities.Help with other daily activities as necessary in order to assist individuals in gaining independence and achieving personal outcomes. Requirements: Must enjoy working with people and have a positive attitudeMust have a High School Diploma or State Accredited GEDMust have a Valid Maryland Driver''s LicenseMust be willing to undergo a criminal Background check and drug screenMust successfully pass a basic skills reading testNeed more reasons to apply?
