Job Responsibilities: Achieves staffing objectives by executing full life cycle recruiting process to identify, interview and hire resources to fill the company''s corporate and contract employment openings. Job Duties: Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.Writes position requisitions to attract applicants to fill specific job openings. Place requisitions on various media sites to include resources specific to attracting applicants in the cleared arena. Networks through industry contacts, trade groups, social media, and employees to generate applicant pools. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits and making presentations. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Contacts and extends offers of employment to selected applicants. Confers with management regarding negotiations requested by applicant. Manages applicant communication throughout the recruiting process. Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Lists positions, responds to applications received, and closes out ATS process when position is filled. Presents applicant packages to management, and coordinates interview appointments. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks. Develops a pool of candidates in advance of need. Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers and recommending new procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8 plus years of experience.Bachelor''s DegreeDemonstrated ability to source passive and active candidates utilizing a variety of virtual/on-line tools.Extensive Knowledge of Intelligence Community.Experience Recruiting IT positions. Strong customer service, interviewing and salary negotiation skills.Familiarity with Employment Law.Ability to work well within a team.
