Sales and Marketing Activation Manager

Burnett Dairy is looking for a detail-oriented sales and marketing activation manager to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. This individual needs to be proficient in Salesforce customer relationship management software and applications. The sales and marketing manager''s responsibilities include supporting sales, managing sales promotions, developing activation campaigns, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Salesforce application through updates and analysis with sales team. Keep sales team with updated goals and trackingCoordinate customer trade letter and price change communicationsHelping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange for support, appointments, products - and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events and promo needs.Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.Plan & implement brand activation in order to drive salesBuild and maintain a calendar of events with operators, retailers, and distributorsAnalyze success of previous campaigns through development of a ROI scorecardDeveloping and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong problem-solving skills with a tactful approachProficient use of data management software and Microsoft Office SuiteProficient use of Salesforce or ability to learn quicklyProficient verbal and written communications skillsStrong attention to detailSolid brand building experienceAbility to develop relationships and successfully manage accountsConfident public speakerAbility and flexibility to travelCome join our great team here at Burnett Dairy Cooperative!
