You''ll supervise a caseload while pursuing clinical excellence, setting best practices, building team culture, and delivering compassionate, quality care. You will:Conceptualize, develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesCollaborate with families and other professionals to design ABA programsConduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsProvide virtual and field supervision for RBTsProvide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTsDevelop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plansPartner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirementsHybrid remote/in-person positionThis role can also be an hourly position with tons of room for growth and flexibility. You will be an integral part of the growth in the Bay Area market.What you''ll needMasters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related fieldValid BCBA CertificationApplicable licensure to practice within the state hiredLive within the metro area (South Bay)Minimum 1 year experience of clinical supervisionStrong leadership skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsElectronic data collection experienceValues we live byMotivated by supporting families.
