Now through September 2022, CFF is offering a $1,500 sign on bonus*; $500 paid on first check, $500 on the paycheck following 6 months, and $500 on the paycheck following 1 year of successful employment.*Bonus amounts could be prorated based on number of hours workedPosition Summary:This position is responsible for providing clinical care in the school setting. They will utilize assessment tools to identify areas for interventions and partner with district staff to support the student in a manner that is conducive to all aspects of wellness. While working as part of a team, this position requires a significant amount of autonomy and ideal candidates will possess the ability to maintain a large caseload with access to weekly supervision. This is a 10-month position.Basic Qualifications:Master''s Degree in Human Service or related field including psychology, counseling, or social work One year of clinical experienceLicensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferredMinimum of 2 years providing therapy to children & adolescents Program Specific Responsibilities:Provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups through a wide variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to individual, group, and families'' therapies in multiple school settings.Create, maintain, and update treatment plans accordingly to address client specific needs.Coordinate total care given by collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to provide and facilitate care in accordance with policies and procedures, philosophy and objectives of Child and Family Focus.Maintain caseload of approximately 34 clients, or equivalent to 28 billable hours per weekCoordinate and triage all referrals while ensuring care is provided in a timely mannerServe as a liaison between Child and Family Focus and local School Districts focusing on customer services, community partnerships, and advocacy for students in needUtilize multiple electronic health records, when neededDemonstrate ongoing availability during the school yearAdditional duties as assignedEssential Functions:Write, read and communicateUtilize personal computer equipment on a daily basisUtilize office equipment (phone, fax, copier and scanner)Maintain valid driver''s license and insuranceDocument case activity through progress notes and other program specific paperwork by typing or handwriting as well as utilizing WRS.Varied work schedule, evening and weekends may be requiredAbility to work both individually and in teamsAbility to work in a drug free work placeEffectively communicate and interact with clients, peers and community representativesCurrent child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances Work Environment:Work in standard office environment as well as community settings to include client home, schools, court, doctor''s offices and hospitals.
