Job DescriptionAdvance''s Corporate Brand Marketing team is helping to drive Advance''s transformation by establishing the Advance brand as the premier customer-focused omnichannel auto parts retailer. The team will achieve this by bringing together innovative thinking and forward-looking programs in the areas of advertising, media, social media, content marketing, creative & design, and customer insights in support of Advance Auto Parts and its portfolio of brands (DieHard, Advance Professional, Carquest, TechNet, WorldPAC, AutoParts International, etc.) We are looking for an experienced Media and Advertising Specialist to work on the advertising and media team. You will partner closely with various internal marketing and agency partners to develop campaigns and media plans to align with business priorities. Successful experience working and collaborating with multiple internal & external partners in a fast-past setting is critical to success. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and ready to help in the development of strategic advertising campaigns to differentiate the Advance brand.This position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Support development of customer-focused media campaigns via strategy, planning, and implementationHelp drive the development of creative campaigns by partnering with our in-house creative and/or external agenciesServe as liaison between merchandising, product marketing, visual branding, creative, digital, public relations, media, creative agencies, and other internal team members with regards to advertising and mediaCollaborate with customer research/analytics and data science teams to help measure effectiveness of marketing plansManage campaign timelines, projects, and corporate and vendor-funded media & creative production budgetsQUALIFICATIONSTeam player - thrives on collaborating and partnering with others to achieve success Eager to learn - passionate and ready to make an immediate impact Customer-centric - has a customer-focused marketing background. Marketing Expertise - from target definition to customer understanding to media planning and creative development.Flexible - able to pivot and move quickly to drive projects to completionEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor''s degree in Advertising or Marketing and 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
