If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!JOB RESPONSIBILTIESTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair high speed manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks and record in automated computer system programs.Analyze & process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvement activities. Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; Complete assigned work safely and efficiently per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP''s).Clearly communicate maintenance and quality activities using computer reporting systems.JOB QUALIFICATIONHigh School Diploma or GED Certification 3+ years hands-on equipment mechanical / maintenance experience; preferably in a high speed manufacturing or packaging facilityProficient in mechanical troubleshootingProficient with, and at least 3 years of experience in the use of precision measuring instruments (manual dial indicators & micrometers) requiredProficient in troubleshooting and replacing components of belt/pulley and chain/sprocket assembliesProficient experience with conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsVoluntary overtime available, willing to work mandatory overtime as requiredBenefits and Work PerksWe offer generous benefit plan options that can be tailored for your unique needs and wellbeing.
