Senior Deputy Program Manager (Must have Polygraph) Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US We have an immediate opening for a Deputy Program Manager with an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to manage a large National Security mission critical program providing technical, operational, and programmatic expertise. The DPM will actively lead a large diverse Program providing critical mission support in the areas of intelligence analysis, data management, and cyber operations. The successful candidate will be support the Senior Program Manager in managing and overseeing a large technically diverse team; program and financial planning and execution; and driving technical innovation as an intelligence partner for a program with an estimated annual revenue of over $65 million. As the Deputy Program Manager, you will * Produce cyber intelligence analysis using various industry and government tools, available classified and unclassified data sets, and accepted methodologies for assessing network traffic; identify, investigate and analyze cyber events of intelligence significance; and collect data, analyze results, and prepare intelligence products relating to cyber mission objectives.* Mentor, enable, and leverage key program leaders'' technical experts to support mission execution * Develop and mature key customer relationships across the organization and Intelligence Community.* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to identify solutions to their complex requirements and provide the right staff to advance mission requirements* Encourage and drive innovation and maintain aggressive efforts to drive and achieve business objectives. Provide strategic guidance and oversight based on advanced knowledge and expertise of intelligence operations, tradecraft, and collection priorities* Engage Corporate leadership to ensure full awareness of program recruitment efforts and drive retention initiatives.* Act as the Alternate Program Manager when the PM is unavailable You''ll Bring These Qualifications: * Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph* Bachelor''s Degree* Project Management Program (PMP) certified* Experience and intricate knowledge of the Customer''s organization, business practices, tools, and culture* Five to ten years'' experience managing large programs (100+ Full Time Equivalents)* Recent and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: cyber operations, targeting, or analysis* Ability to manage a collaborative and decentralized organization* Recent experience supporting Intelligence Community Executive Level decision makers * Strong teambuilding skills* Excellence in supporting multiple stakeholders* Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Advanced degree* Knowledge of Customer''s internal processes and procedures Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
