ROLE SUMMARY:Alongside our production teams, our Maintenance Mechanical Technicians work in a team or autonomously to continuously improve our equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment. They work to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, working with gearboxes, bearings, bushings, and more. Our Maintenance Technicians and Weekenders help drive plant goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 3-year industrial mechanical experience or two-year technical degreePrecision machining skills and welding ability preferredStrong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred."‚JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge/experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibrationKnowledge of controllers including hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to perform mechanical work, valve replacement, conveyor bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacement, & lube routes.Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred.3 year industrial electrical/programming/instrumentation experience or two-year technical degree preferred.BENEFITSWage Rate: $33.42/hr (average annual earning > $110,000 w/overtime and bonus)Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.Optional Supplemental Life, Long-Term Disability, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts available.Overtime Opportunities 1.5X Saturday, 2X SundayPension and 401KFree Beer!
