The Quality Engineer will put in place a system to measure an organization''s performance and then report on its findings, consulting with managers and staff, and coordinating procedures to address any deficiencies.ResponsibilitiesDirects workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and piles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application.Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.Engage Suppliers to address non-conformances, complete Supplier Audit and development activities as assigned.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor''s degree3-5 years of experience working within a Manufacturing environmentExperience with the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management SystemExperience with Quality Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, MSA, CQI etc.We offer comprehensive benefits for all full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer matching; paid time off (PTO); and mentorship to help you take your career to the next level.
