MAPICS XA RPG MAPICS XA Programmer Analyst.This client is willing to bring on someone who can work hybrid remote as well as be on-site for their XA support issues. What release of MAPICS XA (Infor) did you work with?Have you worked with Powerlink?Are you able to support daytime 40 hours a week - Pacific Time Zone?One of the responsibilities is to run a backup every evening from 7:00PM - 7:45PM Pacific Monday thru Friday evenings. Are you okay with that?The main responsibilities would be troubleshooting, user support calls, backups and programming would be last. The shop has the manager and one programmer. Great opportunity to use your MAPICS XA 9.2 expertise and be the Go-To MAPICS XA Expert. You will assist users with troubleshooting MAPICS reports, adding features, manage all MAPICS XA features and updates. This is more of an Analyst type of position. Qualifications5 years of current experience with MAPICS XA and IBM i- iSeries AS/400 RPG ILE ProgrammingFluent with AS/400 commands, in-depth knowledge of MAPICS files and functionalityStrong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and design optimal process solutionsMust have manufacturing industry experience.Must have good oral, written communications and have a high level of moral and ethical codes.Must be Reliable - occasionaly assist with nightly backups, timely response to user help - provided by Dice
