We are looking for a Senior Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Santa Fe financial center. Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to: Provide full-service banking by processing all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner within established authorized limits. Provide quality customer service while opening accounts, processing loans, and providing information related to general inquiries and client needs. Execute the sales discovery process and manage customer relationships. Conduct assessments with clients to determine their financial needs and make appropriate recommendations. Execute inside and outside sales calls to prospects and established customer. Support Retail objectives and initiatives in capitalizing on business opportunities that directly or indirectly influence the production of revenue and risk of loss. Ensure proper documentation is obtained and process the appropriate forms for transactions. Meet with the Branch Manager daily to discuss progress in reaching individual and branch goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and 2 to 5 years of experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Strong experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role with direct loan consumer experience preferred. Working knowledge of consumer lending applications. Experience preferred in meeting sales goals and/or sales referral goals. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed below. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM 40 hours per week Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + Vacation + Profit Sharing - START DAY ONE!
