Infrastructure Project ManagerImmediate Senior Project Manager opportunity! 4+ month project to be BOTH on-site and remote in either Piscataway or Mount Olive New Jersey to run an enterprise unified communications (RingCentral) and O365 migration.Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 is required.Successfully have run projects that contain unified communication and contact center in a SaaS/UCaaS environmentJob Description:Candidates should possess demonstrated skills delivering new application capabilities. Projects will be running multiple workstreams and delivering business value using an Agile framework.Candidate should have knowledge of Agile Methodologies and preferably skills.Education: Bachelor''s degree, PMP certification preferred, Scrum Master certification preferred. Create schedules for rollout of multiple locationsOvercome project and task management stumbling blocks and hurdles to keep projects on trackBreak projects and tasks down to manageable piecesDevelop accurate and realistic performance and time estimatesManage multiple projects without losing effectiveness and losing your sanityManage projects and still make time for daily work responsibilities, ie: Time tracking, project status updates, closure activitiesResponsible for reporting daily, weekly and monthly on project statusMonitor projects to ensure we are meeting customer expectations for deliveryTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop project plans to be shared with other staff membersPlan and monitor adherence to schedulesEssential Duties:Drives team effectiveness and manages multiple work streams into one cohesive programEffectively communicates project issues, their remediation and status to program stakeholders and upper managementProvides support for project & program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projectsReviews high-level deliverables across multiple projectsManages time, budget and scope across multiple projectsTracks issues and risks at the project levelIntegrates financial data for multiple projectsExperience working with communication/telecommunications systems such as inContact products (preferred)Experience with Contact Center and Unified CommunicationsExperience with porting telephone numbers (preferred)Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and solve both practical as well as highly complex problems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismCertified Project Manager (PMP) is desired - provided by Dice
