Luxury multi-brand retail store Ludivine is seeking a multi-faceted individual for our Social Media Director and Assistant Selling Manager position. The role will focus on both in-store sales and retail initiatives as well as building out and directing our social media presence. As a small business, Ludivine affords the candidate the opportunity to learn within a fast paced environment with many opportunities for growth and creativity. ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the Ludivine brand through social mediaPlan, design, and execute social media content strategiesManage social media account to grow engagement and improve brand aestheticCreate content and manage posting schedules Manage web content and assist with web imagery and product descriptionsAssist the sales team in retail initiatives such as client outreachAssist in maximizing sales and provide excellent customer serviceActively develop new clients through teams'' client development initiativesSupport the management in all store processesQualificationsExperience with social media content creationPersonable attitude and willingness to foster the Ludivine experience through client facing customer serviceFlexible and willing to learnProduct sensitively and overall sense of fashion and trendsPositive attitude, listening ability, and willingness to be hands-on and learnFlexible schedule (some weekends and holidays)1 Year experience in either Social Media Content or Retail Sales
