Chief Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Chief Systems Engineer (CSE) This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award. Our recruiting team will follow up with you on your application. Qualifications:• Hands-on experience in defining and implementing requirements from user, mission and functional objectives of a similar development scope. • Working knowledge planning and leading an agile, fast-paced engineering and development team and show experience defining, clarifying, and documenting requirements. • Experience or working knowledge in performing analysis of a similar system and use the results to take early actions and recognize when interface impacts may occur. • Demonstrate scheduling experience across multiple system components. • Have a comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycle and enterprise systems architecture. • Experience or working knowledge with delivery of an integrated, web-based solution of similar cost, scale etc. • Experience or working knowledge with Amazon Web Services or an equivalent Cloud-based architecture, as well as content delivery systems (e.g. Akamai), and related high availability solutions. • Have an understanding or working knowledge of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) services, including some of the following; Catalog Services for Web (CSW), Web Mapping Services (WMS), Web Feature Services (WFS), Web Coverage Services (WCS), and Web Processing Services (WPS). Requirements:• Bachelor''s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline with at least 7 to ten years or more of total relevant work experience, including 5 to 7 years as a Systems Engineer for development/integration programs.• Demonstrated success in delivering systems that meet or exceed the needs of the Government and delight their end-users.• (CSE or team member) Experience or working knowledge in the application of security policy, procedures and technology to include ICD 503 requirements, Cross Domain Devices, PKI, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and system hardening/certification testing.• Demonstrated analytical skills to identify root causes impeding and solutions for improving the discovery of GEOINT and related data.• Current TS/SCI clearance
