Production Manager

Our Client is the leading provider of Industrial IoT and AI-based optimization cloud software for advanced manufacturing.We are looking for a candidate with experience as Production Manager to move into aProfessional Services/ Solution Engineer role. You will be a key player in an exciting, customer-facing role that couples technical and interpersonal skills to successfully implement our client''s product offerings.We are seeking a candidate who will have a vast knowledge of manufacturing processes, experience providing technical software support to the customer, and would enjoy working with other departmentsResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers and partners to understand business requirements and pain pointsTake part in the solution-design process to ensure the deliverable meets the customer''s needsLead the implementation process of production optimization solution. Involves overall project management, effort orchestration of multidisciplinary team, and hands-on application configuration and testingWork with sub-contractorsProvide technical support to the customer during and after the implementation phase.Provide technical training to the customer technical staffProvide on-site support to customers during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deploymentConsult and assist the customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and optimization elements to meet the customer''s service business objectivesProvide technical and processes-related support to the sales team during a presale phaseRequirements:2 - 4 years of experienceStrong desire to work both in design and in ''hands-on'' implementation modes in the delivery of the company''s solutionsA team player with excellent interpersonal skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skillsStrong analytic skills and high-level decision-makingProficient in Microsoft ExcelWillingness to travel: up to 50% when appropriate
