Program Manager-Industrial IoT

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of activities in support of solutions and initiatives related to the LYNX platform. You will ensure the alignment of the portfolio with overall Refrigeration business goals. While focusing on multiple, related and dependent activities, you will encourage strong, cross-functional communication across the entire program. Your primary duties include:Establish and maintain a project management framework in line with strategic objectivesDirect and control the delivery of programs and projects across the LYNX platformEstablish and promote the use of metrics to improve program effectivenessUse structured processes to monitor the progress of programs and projectsOwn the LYNX project portfolio partnering closely with engineering and product management teams to identify appropriate prioritization in delivering on our global roadmapsProvides governance across LYNX, including milestones, resources, and budgetingWork with cross-functional organizations and ensure alignment across work streamsIdentify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks within work streamsDrive follow-up efforts among stakeholders to ensure progress against key milestones and deliverablesAnticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move these projects forward quicklyDevelop reports for senior leadership and other business/technical partners on program decisions, status, and risksDrive skill and personal development of PMO staffDuties include, but are not limited to:Produce roadmapsMaintain project dashboardsFacilitate NPI and project approval processCoordinate multiple projects/programs and reconcile interdependenciesDeliver high-quality projects on time, on specification, and on costResponsibility for resources and deliverables for LYNXManages LYNX budget providing monthly burn rate to leadershipSupports the technical vision, guiding principles, and roadmap of the LYNX development effortOversee implementation and execution of the governance structure and processes for the implementation of LynxManages internal Lynx communicationsEscalates risks, challenges, and issues to Lynx leadership teamWorks closely with Director, Connected Platform Solutions to drive alignment on milestones for the teamPreferred qualifications:Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where not all processes and procedures are clearly defined. Agility to change directions quickly as needed.Experience in working cross-functionally across multiple teams and building consensusExperience in establishing and analyzing metrics and key performance indicators to manage the businessAbility to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and develop and drive appropriate solutions.Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise projectsExperience managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impactExperience driving overall strategy and teams across organizationsRequired:BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience5+ years proven Project Management experience managing software and/or hardware engineering projects; Team management experience.5+ years experience with leadership and direction of co-located, remote, and nearshore/offshore teamsKnowledge of IoT, including sensors, connectivity, cloud, analytics, and user interfacesExperience with Lean, Agile, iterative development, SAFeDemonstrated experience in estimation and WBS developmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsTravel up to 20% on an as needed basis
