Our client, an enterprise theme park and entertainment resort complex, is actively looking for a Fullstack Software Developer to join their Architecture Platform Services team in Orlando, FL! The role is 100% remote however they prefer someone who can commit to working EST hours.***This is an initial 1 year contract with the opportunity to extend or convert***This Software Developer''s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and deliver technology solutions related to the Guest and Team Member experience. This includes writing, coding, testing, analyzing and delivering both hardware and software programs and applications. This person will also research, design, document, and modify technology solutions throughout the development lifecycle!ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, document and evolve REST APIs, modules, and packagesParticipate in Agile ceremonies as part of a Scaled Agile Delivery environmentCollaborate with team members, architecture, and QE teams to develop systems to adhere to specs and frameworksDesign, run, and monitor software tests and new and existing systems for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debuggingRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor''s degree or equivalent years of work experience in the following areas: Computer Information Technology, Computer Programming and Analysis, Industrial Technology, or Electronics Engineering Technology3-4 years of experience building RESTFUL APIs using NodeJS/Typescript/Javascript/ExpressJS/Gitlab/GithubMust be fluent in Typescript, Javascript, NodeJS, NoSQL database (Couch, Mongo), and experience writing Unit Tests/TDDExperience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plusAbility to work on a collaborative team is a plus
