Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Analytic Consulting Group partners with internal and external clients and data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making. The Lead Analytic Consultant manages analytic initiatives from conception to completion, providing clients and key stakeholders actionable results and insights that help them achieve their business objectives.This role would focus on campaign execution for one of Epsilon''s largest analytic clients. This client has a complex suite of statistical models and optimization supporting its campaigns, and the person in this role would be part of the team ensuring that this process occurs without errors.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate, error-free execution of a variety of monthly campaign-related processes, including model runs, model code changes, and optimization scenarios.Serve as the primary point of contact for client and Epsilon stakeholders on an analytic project; from project kick-off to presentation of resultsAssist in the development of project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and other related materials for the management of deliverablesAccount for the overall management of analytic projects; including timeliness, quality, and client value QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracyPrepare reports, uncover data findings in various analysis and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholdersManage multiple projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projectsPrioritize and monitor project progress against goals; tracking budgeted hoursQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor''s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics) 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics fieldFluency in SAS and/or SQL; minimum 5 years of experienceTeam player with the ability to mentor and manage junior resourcesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRelationship building on cross-functional teams (including statistical, technical, and non-technical marketing resources)Self-motivated and collaborativeAcute attention to detail (QA/QC)Effective organization and time management skills for managing multiple projects and priorities concurrentlyDesirable QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master''s/PhD) in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative disciplineBusiness visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)Using in a Linux / Unix environmentApache Impala SQL scriptingNewer and emerging programming languages such as R and Python; working knowledge of Hadoop, Spark and other big data technologiesOptimization algorithms and tools e.g. FICO Xpress, SAS/MOAdditional InformationWhen you''re one of us, you get to run with the best.
