The Property and Asset Management team (BPM) is responsible for executing each multifamily assets business plan developed in the acquisition phase of the investment cycle. BPM was founded on the belief that the successful execution of a propertys business plan can generate superior cash flow and value appreciation.The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for effective computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records accurate. They assist with the leasing, marketing and resident relations for the community.
