Recent experience with inventory management and planning softwareExperience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of aircraft preferredISO9000 and AS9100 environment preferred.Ability to pass a drug and background screening Responsibilities:Oversee Property Management / Logistics Team to ensure sites are regularly inspected, requirements are being met, and random audits are being performed.Manages the use and implementation of enterprise Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) solution.Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues, minimize risk, protect the continuity of supply, and exploit emerging opportunities. Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accurate product requirements and provide feedback as needed to ensure all contractual obligations are clearly defined.Perform all necessary actions required to meet customer requirements and expectations detailed in the SOW. Effectively communicate source data requirements needed for development of Logistics / Provisioning products detailed in the SOW. Evaluate supplier core competencies, competitive positioning, and continuously improve sourcing processes.Ensure that Property / Logistics Team is interfacing, coordinating and approving Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) shipments Ensure all shipping & receiving activities are conducted in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)Participate in development of negotiation strategies that delivers against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers. Create metrics related to supplier performance, department performance, cost reduction projects, ERP systems utilization, and MRP system / item master file data integrity. Create strategies, policies, processes and systems that will assure compliance with FAR, DFAR, FAA, Federal procurement regulations, and commercial aviation requirements.Drive understanding and compliance of DoD, DFAR and ITAR requirements to suppliersImplement strategies for maximizing the value achieved for internal business customers, and provide leadership and expertise in market analysis, supplier management, negotiation, project management, and facilitation of process improvement.Conduct final reviews of all Logistics Analysis / Provisioning products prior to delivery to ensure that all standards, to include organizational quality standards, and requirements are met.
