Responsibilities BlueHalo is looking for Aegis Representations Development for Wargames/Exercise for Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Exercise Support, including off-site preparation and on-site support, on behalf of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for Aegis BMD. MDA uses Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM), to support Wargames/Exercise. This tasking requires deep skills in using the simulation and a broad knowledge of the Aegis Weapon System and its elements with a particular emphasis on Link-16. This position is located in Laurel, MD. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Should have at least 3+ years of experience working with or supporting modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. * Aegis BMD subject matter expertise * Experience or understanding of Link-16 messaging * Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Matlab * Have some understanding of system engineering and a working knowledge of software programming. * A BS in math, engineering or a related field. * The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and strong communications skills, both written and verbal. * The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative small group environment. * Must either possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance. * Travel is required (25%). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as EADSIM, OneSAF, STK or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory.
