Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia. The ideal Project Manager will have experience managing and leading one or more scrum teams to develop and maintain mission critical IT Projects for the Federal Government. Minimum Required Qualifications: "‹Bachelor''s Degree with 10 years or more of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environmentAbility to be Granted Federal Government Public Trust level for Security ClearanceAbility to work remotely, and be available, accessible, and accountability for the assigned roles and responsibilities with minimal to no oversightAbility to travel 1-4 times a yearActive Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certificationGood understanding of CMMI ML 3 DEV and SVC practices and reporting requirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong customer service/client facing skills Excellent oral and written communication for high volume of communications and reportingOutstanding time management, organization skills, and ability to rapidly complete tasksExperience with Project Management for Federal Government contracts successfully performing Agile Software Development, including related SDLC related methodologiesExperience with requirements tools and tracking (e.g., JIRA)Experience leading multiple teams consisting of technical leads, and business analysts to execute tasks with independent release schedulesExperience conducting daily scrum / stand-up meetings, facilitating Sprint planning meetings and coordinating Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and burn-down chartsExperience defining all project activities and milestones required to meet objectives and deliverables, properly sequencing tasks and estimating effort with project team members doing the work, determining the critical path, and leveling the project scheduleExperience with all aspects of configuration managementProficient in development of plans, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, communicating progress, resolving conflicts, and escalating issuesCreate, update, and maintain multiple types of status and ad hoc reports, project artifacts/deliverables, diagrams, plans, performance, and requirements fulfillment and metrics reports, etc.; as well as past performance, corporate experience, white papers, presentations, and proposalsPlan, conduct, and facilitate product increment meetings with stakeholders Assess and resolve conflicting priorities, report and eliminate blockers, and ensure that teams are focused on delivering value Manage resource workload allocation and monitor trends for workload balancing to assure product delivery and quality of performanceFacilitate continuous improvement in the implementation of Agile methodologies
