Job DescriptionFind your purpose changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse at our Paynesville Hospital! Registered Nurses provide direct care to patients and are a part of all care given by other departments. Registered Nurses must continually strive to provide the highest quality of care possible for the patients. They must also lead the nursing team toward the achievement of the goals of the mission of the CentraCare Health - Paynesville''s high quality care and overall efficiency are essential components to this success. Position Details: Full-time position Working 72 hours every two weeks 8 and 12 hour rotating shifts Every third weekend and rotating holidays Current Offerings: $3,500 sign-on bonus $5,000 relocation assistance for those who qualify In lieu of our employee benefits, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, this position can earn a flat rate of $68/hour for up to 12 months Qualifications: Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota RN license required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within twelve months of hire TNCC or CALS within twelve months of initiating ED orientation Sign-on bonus eligibility: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Casual and temporary/non-benefited positions are not eligible. Sign on bonus will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months (current CentraCare/Carris employees are not eligible). Relocation assistance eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Accelerated pay eligibility: To be eligible for the accelerated rate you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months and is hired into an eligible position. By accepting the accelerated rate, you will forego benefits, including paid time off, medical, and dental insurance, retirement and more.
