Minnesota License 2078MNResponsibilitiesPatrol OfficerProvide excellent customer serviceConduct interior patrols of the facility, utilizing the TrackTik software on scan points laid out around the campusConduct vehicle/perimeter patrols as necessaryBe available to relieve Reception desk officers for lunch break, restroom break, etcProvide escorts to BSCI staff/visitors as necessaryRespond quickly to emergencies around the campusWrite a detailed incident report for any incident responseReception OfficerProvide excellent customer serviceEffectively sign in guests, contractors, vendors, and at times Executive guests and issue temporary badges when necessaryEffectively operate a multi-line phone system, answer, and communicate through phone callsMaintain open communication with the shift supervisor regarding issues at workEffectively operate a CCTV camera system to assist in monitoring the facilityObserve any suspicious activity as employees and guests enter the facilityMaintain and update the daily activity report as neededShift supervisorProvide excellent customer serviceEffectively lead a group of officers and create a welcoming and positive environment for your team and BSCI staffOversee the operation of Security OfficersFill in for vacant shifts when neededBe the site point of contact when the account manager is not availableConduct Semi-Annual and Annual performance reviews with the officers of your shiftWork with the Client Manager to update post orders as neededEnsure proper training is taking place for newly hired officers
