Policies and programs are subject to change. Our current Sign-on bonus is available to you when your join our team on or before June 30, 2022. You will be paid your sign-on bonus in four installments: $1,250 after your initial 90-day introductory period, $1,250 after successful completion of 180 days of active employment, $1,250 after successful completion of 270 days of active employment and $1,250 after successful completion of 365 days of active employment. Sign-on bonuses are taxed per IRS regulations.
