Create the feature requirements and associated use cases for the ADAS Subsystem / product line.Responsibilities• Create the details of the features from high level descriptions on the roadmap to capture feature level requirements and associated use cases.• Responsible to define the systems architecture, features, requirements and use cases• Responsible for defining the operational design domain for the ADAS system• Responsible for safety engineering of the ADAS system• Work with the test and validation team to verify functional operation to technical specification and update the requirements as necessary from test feedback• Ensure the input into the development process is updated as issues are found during each testing phase• Effectively communicate with the rest of the organization when issues or failures ariseRequired ExperienceBS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent5+ years of relevant engineering experience in the electronics industry, automotive focus preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Strong interpersonal effectiveness and escalate issues to management in a timely mannerExperience in systems engineering and requirements developmentKnowledge/Experience in safety engineering processes like SOTIF & functional safetyProfessional experience in active safety systems/ADAS and/or AVsSystem hardware and software knowledge through work experience Preferred ExperienceMaster''s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related fieldExperience in Automotive Industry and knowledge in ADAS domain (vision / RADARs / Ultrasonics / LIDAR / HD Maps / DMS etc.)Automotive OEM experience plus Tier-1 supplier interactions.Experience working with Polarion & Jira toolsExperience in supplier management (technical aspects).3+ years of engineering experience as ADAS System ArchitectCapgemini Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
