Summary:Serves as the liaison between Information Technology (IT) and assigned business units working directly with middle and Senior Management; works with business units to identify IT Integration needs and document technical requirements; collaborates with IT teams to execute requirements and ensure technical needs of the business unit are met; builds and maintains relationships with all levels of managementResponsibilities:Liaises between IT and business units to gather IT Integration business requirements; provides support and transparency;Facilitates sessions with stakeholders to determine and document technical requirementsCollaborates with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing requirements, status updates, and associated issuesIdentifies system requirements and evaluates new applicationsDocuments interfaces between new and legacy systemsCollaborates closely with IT Architects to design optimal technical solutions to meet business needs while aligning with IT strategiesDevelops and presents concepts and business cases. Makes recommendations to Management accordinglyWorks with Management of assigned business unit to ensure the Company is leveraging technology to maximize efficiencies as a CompanyAdvises and guides business units in the process of developing system enhancements, ideas, and work requestsCaptures potential benefits to assist with prioritizationPerforms risk and business impact analysis for proposed enhancements and changes to business systemsReviews and documents business processes; recommends and implements changes to improve efficiency and effectivenessDevelops test plans and coordinates software testing with internal partners. Completes testing when appropriateCompletes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by ManagementEducation Requirements:Bachelor''s Degree preferred in MIS, Computer Science, Business or related fieldExperience Requirements:Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite application desired3-10 years of business-related experience preferredCarries out responsibilities of significance and complexityProvides advice and guidance to less experienced professionals or other personnel as situations requireResearches issues and makes recommendations for technology modificationsAssists other personnel in development of reports to monitor Corporate/Department goals and objectivesRequires good communication skills and the ability to work with middle and Senior ManagementSkill Requirements:Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel and other MS Office suite applicationsSelf-starter requiring minimal supervisionExcellent communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerStrong facilitation skills for requirement elicitation and management communicationsExcellent understanding of client operations and systemsStrong organizational and collaborative skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve complex issuesPositive, professional attitude and adaptive to changeAbility to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive the optimal return on investment (ROI)Ability to multi-task and track multiple efforts concurrentlyUnderstanding of organizational change management (OCM) to assist with adoption of system changesAbility to perform repeated bending, standing and reachingAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds If living outside the commutable area (Dayton, OH or Irving, TX), relocation may be required.
