Individuals applying for this position will provide overall project engineering leadership on specific projects and is responsible for developing and presenting engineering solutions to meet client and company requirements and leading the team in implementing the solution. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated interpersonal skills through experience interfacing with clients, engineers, manufacturing personnel, management and others of varying technical abilities, and must be able to work effectively within a team environment.Job Type: Full Time Shift: First Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Comprehensive benefit package:Health, Dental, Vision, Matching IRA.Paid vacation.Paid HolidaysNo travel RequiredRelocation Assistance may be offeredLocation: Winchester, KY Compensation: commensurate with experience.Job Duties:Leading teams focused on developing technical solutions to complex engineering problems, ranging in scale from large subassemblies to entire deliverable productsManages task execution to ensure on-time and on-target completionMake detailed plans to accomplish goals.Lead improvement and develop projects; new equipment, tooling design, technical challenges.Perform tolerance and deviation studies.
