To request reasonable accommodation, please contact . Responsibilities Draper Laboratory is seeking a talented electrical engineer to join the Electromagnetics and RF Design team at Draper. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers and scientists across several disciplines to develop, test, and debug electronics for state-of-the-art sensors, communication systems, and radars. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent technical communication skills. Responsibilities: * Typical duties involve the design, simulation, testing, and debugging of analog front ends, communication systems, and radar as well as clearly communicating technical results and issues to both internal and external stakeholders. * The candidate will be responsible for working in an ESD-controlled environment using a wide variety of test equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, & power amplifiers. * The candidate will have an exceptional academic record and demonstrated laboratory competence in circuit theory, testing, and debugging. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * BS in electrical engineering or related field + 5 years of experience. MS preferred. * Knowledge of RF systems design and layout preferred. * Experience with some or all of the following analysis tools is preferred: * MATLAB/SIMULINK * ADS * SPICE * ANSYS/SIWAVE * FEKO Security Requirement: Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
