Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works Division has an exciting opportunity for a Proprietary Program Senior Model Based Systems Engineering Lead in St. Louis, MO.This position will be responsible helping drive the program systems engineering effort and be a leader on the team tasked with owning overall system definition and design. Key aspects of this work will include developing, driving, and executing the program''s MBSE effort, as well as acting for a pathfinder in this program''s critical MBSE push.Position Responsibilities:Lead the development of system functions, requirements, architectures, and allocations to hardware, software, and personnel components in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) contextParticipate in a MBSE environment to develop system-of-systems requirements via system/component trade studies and analysisEstablish CAMEO infrastructure and lead the program in the transition from legacy software to CAMEOLead the Systems Engineering team tasking, reviews, baselining, etc. for their modeling effortsLead the program''s adoption of MBSE and use of the CAMEO toolsetThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor''s, Master''s or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry5+ years of systems engineering experienceExperience with Model Based Systems EngineeringExperience with Cameo, Rhapsody or other modeling toolsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10+ years of systems engineering experienceCurrent US security clearanceTypical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years'' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years'' related work experience, Master+7 years'' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
