Customer Service Rep General with Security Clearance

Position Description: * The Select Fleet Zone Manager (SFZM) serves as the key contact for Fleet Service Support Operations (FSSO), North America Fleet, Lease and Remarketing Operations (NAFLRO), Customer Relationship Center (CRC)-Fleet Personnel and Fleet Management Companies (FMC) regarding escalated parts & service related issues. The SFZM is responsible for supporting initiatives related to: Fleet satisfaction with Parts & Service support, Representing the Voice of Fleet Customer for product concerns, Fleet Revenue Growth Skills Preferred: * Good communicator with proper phone etiquette and time/information management. Experience Required: * Parts and Service support with dealers. Experience Preferred: * Computer - Outlook, Word, Excel. Education Required: * High School Education Preferred: Technical/trade school. Additional Information: * 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone Remote assignment.
