Because we value our employees'' work/life balance (and believe those who work hard deserve to play hard), we offer a very competitive benefits package, including telework/flex scheduling, health/dental with orthodontics/vision insurance upon hire, paid time off with a sell-back benefit and carryover option, 11 Federal Holidays, 100% paid military leave, 100% 401(k) plan match upon hire, professional development/education reimbursement, all flexible spending accounts, and more Contributions * Plan, lead, and provide direct hands-on support to small teams of CI/CD pipeline support resources.* Lead team responsible for the administration, maintenance, and modernization of tools and processes supporting DevSecOps pipelines.* Tools include: Gitlab (CI/CD), harness, Jenkins Cloudbees, Jenkins Community, NexusIQ (Firewall / LifeCycle), Nexus3 (NXRM Pro 3), SonarQube, SCM Manager (SVN), Selenium, ZAP, Tenable, Ansible, etc.* Lead team responsible for pipeline administration, enhancement, tool integration, and modernization using groovy, java and build tools such as maven, gradle.* Provide overall strategic guidance and coordinates actiities across product (Platform) and development (Pipeline) support teams - acting as primary technical liason between these support teams and customer stakeholders spanning technical infrastructure (networking, server, storage, cloud, NOC/SOC, etc.), business application development, and architectural teams.* Must have direct, hands-on experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and products, and extensive experience using DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.* Must be very comfortable and proficient working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in particular, as applications and services are currently being migrated to, and supported in, AWS - including containerization (docker, kubernetes, podman).* Increase automation capabilities using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible or similar tools and services. Qualifications * Must have Bachelors Degree (B.S.) preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.* Must have at least 7 years of technical experience in Information Technology Preferred experience includes server and application administration, and application development using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, processes, tools, and infrastructure.* Must have an active digital platform or cloud service provider certification (e.g AWS, Azure, Google, Salesforce, etc.). Ideal candidate should have direct administrative and end-user experience for the current toolset identified in Contributions, above and be very comfortable with the use, administration, maintenance, and modernization of these, and similar, tools.* Ideal candidate should also have direct experience with pipleine code development and automated build and deployment.* Must have experience with open technologies, DevSecOpsOps, and related Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and others. Must be able to obtain US Government clearance (Public Trust). Steampunk is a federal contractor subject to Executive Order 14042 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.223-99 implementing the order. Therefore, this position requires full vaccination for COVID-19, except in jurisdictions where the mandate is barred by a court ordered injunction.
