Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Project ManagerJob DescriptionSupervises all on-site contract staff, both in the EPC suite and the scanning and document processing suite.Is responsible for the hiring and training of new contract staff.Participates in monthly contract status meetings and provides regular and ad hoc updates on project status and staffing.Discusses with DOJ Case Managers and the COR any issues or problems that exist or may be foreseen with regards to accomplishing assignments, such as: inability to meet deadlines, document processing issues, requests from staff exceeding scope of work, etc.Assigns tasks to the team and follows up with the DOJ Case Managers regularly on the status of their tasks, providing production statistics when applicable.Possesses knowledge of and experience with database maintenance, database structure and data loading in the Relativity environment.Possesses knowledge of and experience with LAW generally, as well with LAW Pre-Discovery, from imaging and OCR to electronic document processing, through to the export of Relativity load files.Is familiar with data processing and loading task time frames, in order to provide realistic estimates to meet project deadlines.Possesses strong skills for assessing data productions from parties to determine if compliance with DOJ production specifications has been met.Provides supervision of outgoing discovery production deliverables per DOJ Case Manager requests.Has the flexibility to juggle task loads, which often requires supervising/working on multiple matters simultaneously.May require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.To provided estimates for completion of loading intake/process, load and produce exportsAssist with developing solutions to project challengesConsultation on best practices Required Qualifications :Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.Must have two years of experience in working with all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from the information management and collection phases all the way through to the production and presentation phases in a government investigation and/or litigation.At least two years of in-depth experience using Relativity.At least two years of prior experience managing a small team of individuals.Proficiently with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Need to be proactive, organized and detail oriented.Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule that at times will include evenings and weekends.Bachelor''s degree required. Substantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications preferred: Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Project Management Professional (PMP) or working towards it.Experience in hiring staff.Experience in mentoring/coaching staff.Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
