Bryan Properties-Maintenance Porter/Landscaping

The Porter works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the overall properties, including maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the external and internal areas of the community and homes. The position will promote professionalism, world-class customer service, and respond timely to all work orders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and respond to all work order requests within a 4-hour time plete daily cleanup of the exterior to include the grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.Perform interior tasks such as painting and light maintenance.Support the preventative maintenance plan by performing routine maintenance tasks that will enhance the property daily, including but not limited to checking HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, landscaping, painting, drywall repair, and housekeeping.Maintain effective working relationships with vendors and service contractors.Responsible for the curb appeal and upkeep of the property and not limited to waste, landscaping, and pet receptacles.Exhibit exemplary attendance and ply with company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Based on the essential duties listed above, this position is considered safety-sensitive and therefore all work must be performed following quality standards and established safety procedures.EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCEA high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.A minimum of one year of previous experience working in a maintenance role is required.A valid driver''s license and the ability to be covered on the Company''s insurance policy is required.
