GWIM Associate Team Ops Manager - Equity and Option Project AnalystJacksonville, FloridaJob Description:LOB Description:The Cash Products, Client Statements, and Trade confirmations Project Enablement team is part of the Wealth Management Operations organization. The primary focus of our team is to provide project management and business analysis support for Global Wealth Trading applications as well as Client statements and trade confirmations. Our business partners include Order Entry and Executions Services, the Investment Solutions Group, Global Banking and Markets, Client Monthly Statements, and the associated Legal, Risk and Compliance partners. Key priorities for our team are providing support coordinating regulatory initiatives and the associated impacts to the platforms supported.The individual works with the Line of Business to understand their needs and define the development work needed to meet the business strategy. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with internal and external Lines of Business, Operations, Technology and Control Partners to analyze, design and prepare requirements to address business needs for Global Wealth and Investment Management Trading applications. In addition, the individual is responsible for providing production support for Global Wealth and Investment Management trading applications.Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in Project Management disciplines, as well as product knowledge within the supported Lines of Business.Required Skills:Strong analytical / problem solving skills; Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needsExcellent written and oral communication skills in both informal and formal presentation settings to varying audiences.Ability to both influence strategic direction and to develop tactical plansAbility to interact with all levels of management and complete deliverables independently or collaborativelyDevelops and revises project materials and maintains project documentationMS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)Desired Skills:Project Management Experience; ability to lead projects, programs or processes with business impact involving cross-functional teams in order to achieve optimal results.Familiar with the Agile Method of project management.Experience with Trading, Client Statements, and Trade Confirmations.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Job Band:H5Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0Job Description:LOB Description:The Cash Products, Client Statements, and Trade confirmations Project Enablement team is part of the Wealth Management Operations organization.
