In your Brand Manager role, you''ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.The Global Brand Manager is a strategic brand building leader that will be responsible for developing the product innovation priorities that deliver on the Global Brand Strategies, Global Brand Profile, and Brand Architecture with a primary focus on the Kleenex brand benefit this role you will develop cohesive and consumer-inspired innovation plans to deliver on financial sector growth goals by working with cross-functional and multi-national business teams. Efforts will include global business analysis, deep consumer understanding and insight generation, and strategic & creative choices in order drive the brand''s innovation pipeline.Responsibilities:Create innovation pipeline & claims pathways that drive 3 to10 year growth strategies and manage the brand''s consumer led globalLeverage Design Thinking tools to provide structure with agility to the global innovation process while uncovering creative ways at solving consumers unmet needs (Understand, Envision and Prototype)Represent the global Family Care sector as the key point of contact for innovation and product development touchpointsPartners with Consumer Insights and Analytics team to lead process of deepening our consumer understanding, category relevant trends, and identify unmet needs.
