This full-time role is based in Tacoma, WA and also includes serving patients in our surrounding areas. Because of growth, we need an additional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to do the following:• Assist with building our Electrophysiology disease specific programs and practices• Population health work• Work to reduce LOS and readmissions• Disposition of patients• Hospital and clinic coverage at multiple petitive salary, a full array of benefits, a healthy work/life balance, and a great location makes this an ideal choice for the provider who is looking to experience the best of Northwest living: from big-city amenities to the pristine beauty and recreational opportunities of the great outdoors.Requirements:• 2 years of experience preferred as an ARNP or PA in cardiology services, preferably Electrophysiology• Masters of Science in Nursing• Post Bachelor''s Nurse Practitioner Program or certified Physician Assistant• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization• Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP or PA by the time of employment• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority• Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart AssociationPulse Heart: Based in Tacoma, WA, Pulse Heart is a physician led cardiovascular institute formed through a strategic partnership with MultiCare Health System, a leading-edge, integrated not-for-profit healthcare organization made up of ten hospitals. The institute is made up of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Cardiology inclusive of cardiovascular advanced practitioners. At our tertiary care center we perform advanced therapies including TAVR, VAD, ECMO, Ablation and high energy devices with an active interventional and surgical program.Pulse Heart is a physician led Institute governed by eight health care providers, six of which are providers within the institute.
