Position DetailsEmployment Status: Full-TimePosition Status: HybridSchedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWeekly Hours: 40The Corvallis Clinic is open to filling this role within the state of Oregon at this time.Summary:The Quality Improvement - Analyst assists the Quality Improvement Program Coordinator and Manager in obtaining accurate data collection, data entry and data reporting functions for the Corvallis Clinic quality management and improvement programs.Responsibilities:Will participate and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic consistent with the content outlined in the Service and Behavioral Standards Caregiver Handbook. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained withinPartner with quality team members in the maintenance of an organizational performance measurement systemSupports data collection, analysis and submission required for clinical quality improvement monitoring and reportingSupports the day-to-day operations for data collection, analysis and submission required for clinical quality improvement monitoring and reportingMaintenance of accurate and complete documentation for quality analytics and reportingTracks measuring of patient safety, quality measures, readmissions, and other performance improvement initiativesMonitor and pull reports for patient experience data submission and resultsAssist in the compilation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using statistical tools and techniquesPrepare and review data as required for reporting to Quality Manager, Program Coordinator, TCC stakeholders and external quality program requirementsWorks closely with Quality Improvement Manager and Program Coordinator to facilitate accountability and ongoing improvement of quality metricsContribute to quality improvement documents and reports, including but not limited to: QI project documents, quality reports, clinic dashboards and metrics, meeting minutesMaintains organized records for all projectsEducation, licensure, and experience: Associates degree in a Computer Science, Healthcare Research, Healthcare or related field required; equivalent education and training may substitute. Bachelor''s degree preferredExperience and/or training in keyboarding, word processing, databased management and the use of all Microsoft Windows programs requiredExperience with retrieving and displaying data in usable formats that are actionable from a customer''s perspectiveMedical terminology knowledge, preferredKnowledge and skills:Ability to work compatibly with physicians, patients, and other staffEffective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issuesAbility to perform group presentations and listen to and understand complex information and ideasKnowledge of medical practice, quality management techniques, methodology, data collection techniques and systemsSkilled in data collection, analysis and reporting of applicable dataExcellent computer skillsTime management skills
