Solar Foreman

Trillium Construction is now hiring a Solar Foreman to begin working ASAP!! This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position for multiple commercial projects located throughout San Diego County. Scope of work includes installing and wire management of solar racking systems and solar panels. The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in solar minimum, possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small crew, and be able to read blueprints well. This project is M-F at least 40 hours a week. Pay is up to $32 and candidate must be San Diego based, no per diem.
