The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.Primary ResponsibilitiesKey line of business product owner and subject matter expertCoordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing productsAnalyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and company productsCoordinates promotions and advertising efforts of products or brands under his/her responsibilityProvides short-term and long-term strategic directionRecommends marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product developmentWorks with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunitiesMay review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing gridsPrepares and conducts product training as neededProvides Geography support as neededDetermines marketing and business segments'' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of multiple or more complex productsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDFive (5) years of treasury management, market research, project management, ebusiness or product development experienceAbility to handle more complex marketing issues or productsDetailed orientedGood communication and organizational skillsPreferencesBachelor''s degreeAdditional Job DescriptionResponsible for managing Liquidity and Deposit product offerings in the Commercial, Government, and Non-profit sectors. Product responsibilities include strategic growth and management of the Commercial Liquidity& Deposit solution set to include, interest rate and earnings credit rate pricing, deposit accounts, sweeps, and off balance sheet liquidity solutions. Plays an integral role in development, strategy (i.e. deposit forecasting, revenue and expense forecasting, future products, etc.) and product roll out, monitors the achievement of established goals. Analyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and product set. Coordinates promotions and advertising efforts of products under his/her responsibility.
