Seasonal Retail Associate

Music & Arts helps musicians start their journey to fill the world with music. We are looking for customer-centric individuals who want to join our team this peak season. As a seasonal sales associate, you will help customers rent, purchase and repair instruments. You will play a key role in our Customer First value and make sure customers have a great experience in our stores. Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customerWork as a team in a retail environmentGenerate sales to meet or exceed goals in rental categoriesComplete rental agreements and provide correct products for each rental customerSkills, Experience and Education:Minimum Requirements:A strong commitment to customer serviceThe ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situationsThe ability to work as part of a teamGood communication skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidaysPreferred:Familiarity with the school music program and one or more instruments
