EHS Compliance Project Manager

Our Northeast region is looking for an EHS Team Lead to oversee delivery for multi-media compliance projects, develop efficient technical and regulatory strategies and solutions that address our clients'' specific challenges and needs, and collaborate with Region Environment Market Lead and Business Group Leader to grow the EHS business in the Region. Specific responsibilities will include: Providing technical recommendations for programs and portfolios as well as writing and crafting proposals for projects Lead and mentor professional staff Identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business with major clients including business development, strategic initiatives, and sales development Maintain a high profile externally and through membership/attendance in industry organizations, continually growing contact base Manage technical projects: maintaining client happiness while ensuring projects are delivered safely and within scope, schedule, and budget Achieve goals identified for business development by working in coordination with Operations to successfully develop and win work Formulate and present proactive, strategic approaches to the proposal development process, which use the company''s capabilities and value proposition Establish and develop strategic long-term relationships with current clients, new clients and prospective teaming partners For success in this position, you will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor''s and/or Master''s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Health & Safety or relevant field of study Minimum 15 years of experience in EHS compliance Supervisory experience required Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience working effectively in a collaborative, team environment.
