Servers- Per Diem

Overview: RiverWoods in Durham is currently seeking Per Diem servers to join our fun, creative, and talented culinary services team while providing excellent customer service to our residents. Hours for this role would be afternoon into early evening and weekends- perfect for someone looking to work around a school schedule! Benefits: - Competitive Pay $15/ hr starting wage - Wellness Programs - On-site fitness opportunities - Employee meal program - Education assistance Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants Assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents Take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (rolling utensils, cleaning silverware, glassware) Provide full table service to residents Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations Qualifications: Must be 14 years of age or older No experience required Afternoons/evening and weekends required Make a difference while making a living in an award-winning independent retirement community where your work helps change lives for the better every day.
