POSITION SUMMARY: The OTG Senior Project Managers role is to plan, schedule and coordinate all phases of aviation construction projects, including cost accounting and billing procedures, procurement, and liaising with owners, regulatory agencies, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Requires excellent organizational, planning, and communicative skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project start-up activities Subcontract negotiations Scheduling and coordination of subcontracts Project cost accounting Building materials procurement Change orders Develop, plan, update, communicate and implement master project schedules Coordinate efforts of OTG Design and other relevant departments, as well as partners, superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors Oversee daily project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and schedules Develop clear understanding of each airports construction, rules, building and security requirements Manage multiple project budgets, minimize, and track expenses Manage project schedules, cost controls, and risk analysis Attend weekly construction update meetings onsite or conference calls as required Coordinate and attend sub walk-throughs for site superintendent, ensuring proper representation from all subcontractors and accurate documentation of notes Document onsite progress and proactively identify any issues Update project schedules to ensure plans are on track and meet our client commitments Communicate project progress and updates, keeping stakeholders, leadership, and team members up to date Coordinate with OTG Facilities & Maintenance and Operations teams for onsite required work QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Strong project management experience Fluency in architectural and engineering drawings and specifications Restaurant/retail construction experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 10 years of experience working on midsize construction projects with full range of subcontractors Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
