Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce. Position Summary: The DCX Marketing Analyst reports to the Director of DCX as part of the corporate Digital Customer Experience team. This role leads the delivery of actionable insights to the corporate and business segment marketing, sales, IT, and executive stakeholders based on analysis of customer feedback and behavior through online systems. Additionally, this role creates reports for easy access to key metrics. They also drive productivity improvements for associates by maximizing leverage of marketing technology investments, such as Sitecore Experience Platform, and identifying improvement opportunities to business processes and driving actions for improvement. The DCX Marketing Analyst will be a key player in accelerating Regal Rexnord''s drive toward digital customer experience leadership globally. Major Responsibilities: Analyzes both strategic and operational KPIs to derive insights that can be leveraged by business segment associates and other DCX team members to support improvements to digital customer experience Creates and maintains DCX performance metrics and reporting for easy use by team members and business segment associates Designs and executes voice-of-customer research for both quantitative and qualitative feedback using regular and as-needed surveys and interviews Administrates and configures key marketing technologies such as Qualtrics for customer insight, SEMrush for search analytics, Siteimprove for website quality, and Sitecore Experience Platform for content management, personalization and marketing automation Leads special marketing projects for driving productivity improvements within the DCX team and associates working with the team which can include process improvement or technology improvements via new tool recommendations and improved use of existing tools Stay current on marketing technologies and make recommendations for ROI-positive enhancements Required Education / Experience / Skills: Bachelor''s degree in business or technology field Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets for actionable insights using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other more advanced data analytics software Meeting facilitation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with participants from all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience learning new skills through online training and other online resources Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Project management/coordination experience preferred Experience building reports in Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio a plus Experience with Sitecore CMS a plus Experience with SEMrush, Siteimprove, and/or Qualtrics a plus
